Rapid Gateway provides secure payment processing services. Refunds for successful transactions are not issued directly by Rapid Gateway and must be handled by merchants according to their individual refund policies.
If a transaction fails or is declined, no amount is settled to the merchant. Any debited amount is usually reversed automatically by the issuing bank within 5–10 business days.
In case of duplicate charges caused by a system error, merchants must report the issue within 7 business days. Rapid Gateway will assist in initiating a reversal as per banking and payment network rules.
